vexed c1b29c1f5e Portable Warzone fixes for windows. 
Fix windows paths.

Windows portable icon by forum member Duda.
Portable header & welcome images from forum member Aubergine.
Image fixes supplied by Berg.

Note: In configure stage (Windows only!), you can specify --enable-portable [default no] to
      create a portable installer. (That is, everything is self-contained in the directory
      you install Warzone 2100 to.  It will *not* use any other directory on the system.)
      If you pass --with-videos [default no], then it will add the videos with the portable
      installer and looks for the video file in \opt\sequences.wz

FIXME: Need: RUSSIAN, GERMAN, DUTCH, tranlations fixes for the warzone2100.nsi file.

vexed f9119572bf Update nsis script for the new higher quality videos. 
Thanks to forum member Ezio for redoing the videos.

    German / Dutch / Russian translations are needed.

This should also make NSIS scripts in both 2.3 & master pretty much equivalent

vexed a7e177cad3 When installing Warzone for windows, we will now show the version of the game 
in the start menu, and also shown in the 'Uninstall programs' list in the
control panel, and the desktop shortcut as well.

This fixes ticket:2856

cybersphinx 715a47e8a3 Put all .gmo and asciidoc-generated files into srcdir. 
This way they will always be in the same location, regardless of
building from tarball or source, and in or out of the srcdir.

.gmo fix adapted from patch by cazfi.

Closes #1473.

cybersphinx a418051628 Some nsis fixes. 
Don't set the compressor in the file, since it's set on the command line
already (prevents a warning). Remove COPYING.* files.

i-nod 8eed0037b2 Remove 'Run Warzone2100' and ' Show readme' checkboxes from NSIS installer's final page due to possible user context issues. On-site readme and offline readme(marked as outdated btw) links should be placed later in Start menu. Closes #1690.
